Looking for some school holiday fun? Get building and coding with Robokids as part of our Good News Week holiday program for kids in Years 1–7. For two hours each day, younger students will work with Lego WeDo robots and learn to design and build a robot and then learn to code the robot to complete fun challenges using the Wedo software on iPads. Older students will work with the Lego Mindstorm EV3 robots to learn more advanced coding using robotics motors, sensors, and laptop software in order to complete exciting battle challenges and self-driving tests. Following the robotics session each day, there will be half an hour of group time involving games, music, and a short talk.

In 2018, Good News Week will be held from Tuesday 2 October to Thursday 4 October from 9.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. each day. If you have any questions or would like more information, please email Rhonda Mason or call our church office on (02) 8882 9989.

The cost per child is $90.00 for all three days. If your child cannot attend for all three days, or if you have any questions about payment, please email Rhonda Mason or call the church office on (02) 8882 9989.

Please register online here.

Good News Week will be held at Rouse Hill Anglican Church. We are located at the corner of Windsor Road and Mile End Road. The entry to the car park is off Adelphi Street.

Children will be required to bring their own morning tea, lunch, and drinks. We will be able to refill water bottles. Out of consideration for those children who may have allergies, please keep morning tea and lunch nut-free.
